Biography

Hillary Diane Rodham was born to Hugh and Dorothy on October 26, 1947 and is now sixty three years old. She was born in Chicago, Illinois U.S.A and works in the Senate. She has become famous as Bill Clinton's wife and is currently the senator of New York and may be a presidential candidate in the future.
She learned in high-school and finished with success.
-In 1965 she started in the college "Wellesley", and there she started to take interest in politics and served as president of the Wellesley Young Republicans.
-In 1969 Hillary finished the college as exceptional class.
Later she started to learn law in university "Yale"
-In 1973 she finished all her studies, and was appointed to be a legal adviser to the children's fund in Cambridge. In 1976 she became partner to a big law firm called "Rose". In 1978 Bill Clinton was elected as Arkansas's governor.
As best women, she changed the educational system. When Bill Clinton was chosen in 1992 to be President of the United States she became the first lady until 2001. After the 2000 presidential elections, she tried to run for one of the two electors for the State of New York for the Democratic Party. On November 7th, 2000 she won 55% of the votes and became the first woman senator of New York. As senator, she participated in three committees, security, environment and the committee in charge of health, education and employment. On November 7th, 2006 she won the second vote by 67% for another term in the senate.
In 1969, during her studies while training in Children's rights, she met her future husband Bill Clinton. They got marred in 1975 and moved on to Arkansas.
They have only one daughter who is called Chelsea who was born on February 27th, 1980.
Today she is involved in foreign affairs and gets involved in issues related to Israel and the Middle East. She usually sides with the Palestinian cause on the Israel Palestinian issues.
In 1996 she published her first book, "It Takes a Village"
. The book was sold and became successful, and the version recorded of the book qualified me for a Grammy prize in 1997.
Then she wrote another two books: "Invitation to the White House" and "Dear Suks, Dear Buddy –children's letters for presidential pets.
In 2003 Hillary published a memory book "Live the history" which was translated into Hebrew, and she received from that book 8 million dollars.

Hilary Clinton is the U.S.A. Foreign Minister. She has become one of the most influential women in the world. Working along with Barak Obama she can decide how to implement his policies and how.
She is an experienced woman. She is a powerful woman. She is an opinionated woman. She must see the U.S.A.'s needs above everything else.
Do her policies affect us? Obviously. Do we agree with everything she says? Obviously not. Yet, it is important to meet her respectfully and hear what she has to say.
Even if we don't agree with her ideas, it is important to hear her out, because she will eventually influence our building plans, our future, and the future of all our settlements.
When we disagree, we must do so intelligently. We must argue calmly and with a smile. Maybe such a historical meeting could lead to understanding and a change her overall policy.

2) When and how did you meet Bill Clinton? And when did you get marred?

5) What do you plan to achieve?
I believed that you need to be satisfied with what you have, so I'm not planning to achieve anything right now.
But I know that I want to do more important things in my life.


6) Do you think that you can do the political job as a woman? Of course, I think that women can do everything that man do. If you ask me if I can do the political job without talking about this issue – I will answer that this is my dream and I'm decisive for doing at.

7) What is special in your way of seeing politics?
I seeing the politics in special way – I decided to focus in the confidence problem, care for the injured, internal security, improvement the security in the city, I believed that in this days we need to reinforce the security because of the world situation.
I'm not say that this is the only problem we have, I'm just want to focus on it, because it is really big problem, and for me it is more than other problem that we have in the world, so this is my special way to seeing the politics.


8) People claim that behind every successful man there is a woman. Do you agree?
Defiantly yes, I'm not saying that it true in the entire incident, but I'm believed in this sentence from thing that I saw and feel on my private life, so sure that I can identification with that sentence in 100%.

9) Does Bill help you out in your work today?
Yes he does, he help me in my work a lot.
I think that I can learn from am a lot of things that he already past, and to learn from is errors, and from is wonderful attitude.
I feel like no matter what I do, he will be there, if it his in my work, or in the home, he will be there for me.


10) What is your message for other woman who goes into politics?
I think that my big massages for them that – in all the parts of this work you need to take one step reverse before you do things, it will be much better after if you were sure with this step.

We chose to write about Hilary Clinton because she is working as the foreign minister in Obama's government. She became famous as first lady, but as a talented lawyer she has made a name for herself as well.
We chose to research about her, even though we don't agree with her foreign policy in regard to Israel's conflict with the Palestinians.
